The Raven Audio streaming apps are built to let you enjoy concerts, not to gather data about you. They require no account, contain no ads, analytics or tracking, and collect no personal information.

1. Scope

This policy explains how the Raven Audio applications — on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, and other supported platforms — handle information. It covers the apps themselves and the delivery of the concert catalog and video you stream or download through them. Purchases of hardware made elsewhere on Raven Audio’s website are handled separately by our store and are not covered here.

2. Information we do not collect

The apps do not collect personal data. Specifically, we do not:

  • require you to create an account or sign in;
  • ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details;
  • include any advertising, and do not use advertising identifiers;
  • include third-party analytics, tracking, or marketing SDKs;
  • track you across other apps or websites; or
  • access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.

3. Information stored on your device

To make the apps work, a small amount of information is stored only on your own device, never transmitted to us:

  • Playback position — where you stopped in a concert, so you can resume where you left off.
  • Display preferences — such as your full-screen and lossless-audio choices.
  • Downloaded concerts and cache — any concert you choose to download for offline viewing is saved inside the app’s private storage on your device.

This information stays on your device. It is removed when you delete a download, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app.

4. Streaming and our servers

When you browse the catalog, stream a concert, or start a download, your device connects to Raven Audio’s content-delivery network to fetch the audio and video. As with any internet service, our delivery provider automatically processes standard technical request data — such as your device’s IP address, the time of the request, and which file was requested — purely to deliver the content to you and to keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not use this technical data to identify, profile, or track you, we do not link it to any personal identity (there is no account to link it to), and we never sell or share it for advertising or marketing.

5. Children’s privacy

The apps are suitable for a general audience and collect no personal data from anyone, including children. Because no account or personal information is ever requested, no data is knowingly collected from children.

6. Your choices

Because the apps hold no account and store nothing about you on our servers, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. You remain in full control of the on-device information described above: delete individual downloads within the app, or remove everything at once by uninstalling the app.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how the apps handle information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
